To apply visit: dream.csac.ca.gov. Students apply for a Cal Grant when they submit their Dream Act Application. Cal Grant applicants are also required to submit a GPA Verification form directly to the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) by March 2 as part of the application process.

Do I qualify for the DREAM Act?
Students must have entered the U.S. at age 15 or younger and must have been living in the U.S. for at least the five years before the act’s passage. The bill benefits students 29 and younger, but they still must have entered the U.S. as a youth, at age 15 or younger.
