Does Flex give victorious skin?
Victorious Lucian will be granted to any player who has reached Gold or higher in Summoner’s Rift Solo, Duo, or Flex.
Can you still get Pax Sivir?
Currently, PAX Sivir is no longer available as the skin codes were disabled in 2014 and can no longer be redeemed. There is no indication that this skin will be returning to the store, so the only way to obtain this skin is to buy an account with it already redeemed.
