Activate your card online
- Visit ocbc.com/activate.
- Enter the last 8-digits of your card number, the expiry date and your NRIC/FIN/Passport.
- A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile.
- Key in the OTP on the website to activate your card.

You may check your NTUC membership status by calling our hotline at 6213 8008 and select the following options:
- Press 1 for member.
- Provide your NRIC number.
