What is MycoFLEX?
Ingelvac MycoFLEX® is a non-viscous, highly syringeable, one-dose, 1 mL mycoplasma vaccine that aids in the reduction of enzootic pneumonia caused by M. hyo when administered to pigs 3 weeks of age or older.
What is RespiSure?
RespiSure is a liquid, monovalent bacterin which stimulates the immune system of healthy swine of all ages as an aid in preventing chronic pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. Category / Sub Category: Respisure® is an injectable vaccine.
What vaccines do piglets need?
Most veterinarians agree that at minimum, pet piglets should be vaccinated against the bacteria that cause the infections erysipelas, leptospirosis, and tetanus.
Is there a vaccine for pneumonia in pigs?

Swine exhibiting such pneumonia symptoms as thumping or coughing are best treated with injectable antibacterials. Tylan® 200 (Elanco) and Liquamycin® LA 200® (Pfizer) are examples of over-the-counter (OTC) antibiotics approved to treat swine pneumonia caused by P. multocida.

What medicine makes pigs grow faster?
They include Avilamycin, Carbadox, Flavomycin, Olaquindox, Spiramycin, Salinomycin, Tylosin (Tylan), Virginiamycin and Zinc bacitracin. At this time in the EU only Avilamycin and Salinomycin are now approved. These act by either lowering the pH of the intestinal contents and or they have an antibacterial effect.
