What is loop research?
The research loop consists of doing a literature review, to determine what is already known, forming a research hypotheses to test ones new research and experimentation to carry out the research hypothosis.
How do you put a paper in a loop?
- Step 1: Find the Documents section in a loop. Once inside your loop, the first section listed is Documents.
- Step 2, Option 1: Add documents from Templates.
- Step 2, Option 2: Add documents from your computer.
- Step 2, Option 3: Send documents to the loop via email.
How do you read a for loop?
- Compile check for the items in Sequence. If there are items in sequence (True), then it will execute the code inside the for loop.
- Execute Code. After executing the code, compiler will traverse to next item.
- Go back and check items in sequence. Again it will check for the new items in sequence.
How do I add publications to my loop profile?
Loop provides an option for authors to link other profiles, such as ORCID and allow our system to make more appropriate publication suggestions for you.
- Login or Register on Loop.
- Navigate to your profile and select the Publications tab.
- Click on the ORCID button to connect your ORCiD profile.

There are a number of ways to add works to your ORCID record yourself: Add works by direct import from other systems to import links to your publications and other works to your ORCID record from other databases.
Can you add ORCID after publication?
In Editorial Manager: Go to ‘edit my account’. In the ‘Email/Name’ screen go to the ORCiD field, where you can register for an ORCiD or associate your account with an existing one via the links. Once published, your ORCiD will then be on the first page of your published article (PDF version) on Taylor & Francis Online.
