How do I make a payment to Kohls?
You may make a Kohl’s Card payment at your local store, by mail, by phone or online by enrolling at My Kohl’s Card. Kohl’s stores accept check and cash payments. By phone we can accept bank account information and debit card payments (debit cards are accepted through the automated system only).
How do I log into my Kohl’s Charge account?
Tips: Once your Username is created, it CANNOT be changed.
- Click “Register for online access” on the login page.
- Enter your 12-digit card number from a Kohl’s Card.
- Enter your last name as it appears on the Kohl’s Card.

In the Kohl’s App, select “Kohl’s Pay” from the menu options to bring up the Kohl’s Pay QR code reader. Center the QR code within the scanner box that will appear on your mobile device. You will be asked to approve the total amount of your purchase by selecting “Approve Total.”
