How do I find my SketchUp license key?
Finding your SketchUp Pro License Info (PC)
- Launch SketchUp Pro.
- Browse to the Help menu at the top of your screen.
- Select License > License Info from the drop-down menu.
- Record the User, Company, and Serial number EXACTLY as typographical errors will prevent you from upgrading successfully.
Do SketchUp licenses expire?
Your perpetual license will never expire, but in order to access the latest version of SketchUp Pro, you’ll have to purchase an entirely new, full-cost license. If you have a license of SketchUp Pro from version 8 or earlier, you are not eligible for upgrade into a Maintenance and Support subscription.

What happens when SketchUp Pro expired?
When it expires, it’ll stop working. If you are using it only for personal use, you could back save your SketchUp file to 2017 and use SketchUp Make instead. It’s free for personal use but you’ll not have LayOut, the various import and export options of some pro tools like the Solid Tools.
