Gratuity is not included in the spa service price, but is left at guest discretion (20-22% is customary).

Spa Arrival
We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may settle into the relaxing environment of the spa and enjoy our exclusive amenities including locker rooms, swimming pool, fitness center, steam and sauna, relaxation rooms with anti-oxidant snacks and beverages. Robes, towels, sandals, hair dryers, shower necessities and iPod's are provided for your personal use during your spa experience.

Spa Etiquette
The spa environment is one of relaxation and bliss. We ask that at all times you speak with a quiet spa voice. We ask that you respect other guests and refrain from use of cell phones and pagers while in the spa. If using headphones please make sure the volume level is not audible and interfering to other guests. Smoking is prohibited in the spa.

Technician Request
Feel free to request your preference for a specific technician or a male or female technician for your spa treatments. All technicians are trained professionals and you will be properly draped throughout your spa treatment. Flexibility to receive spa treatments from either gender will allow more treatment options.

Age Requirement
Young adults over the age of 16 are welcome to participate in select spa treatments.

Health Conditions
Please advise Spa Reservations when booking appointments of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your spa treatment or use of the spa amenities.

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow Spa Reservations to assist you in selecting suitable pre-natal spa treatments. The Prego Pillow can be used during your treatment for your comfort, per request. Please consult with your physician prior to booking spa appointments.

Spa Comfort
If you need assistance with anything during your spa experience such as an adjustment to lighting, sound, temperature, pressure or technique of your spa service, please communicate with your technician or a Spa Concierge. If you have any preferences for your spa treatments, please discuss with Spa Reservations when booking your appointment or during your spa treatment if needed.

Gift Certificates
Our customized gift certificates are the perfect gift for any occasion and can be delivered to you or purchased as a special gift at any time.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles and valuables during your visit to the spa.

Late Arrival for Spa Treatment
Please note that should you arrive late for your treatment, your technician may have to shorten the duration of your service so to not inconvenience other guests. Full rates would still apply in this instance.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to avoid a 100% charge. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
