Chef Scott Hemmerly works closely with local purveyors, resourcing both farm-to-table and organic products to ensure that NEO provides the freshest, healthiest ingredients, from produce to poultry. With light salads, sandwiches and pasta for lunch as well as delicious entrees for dinner, NEO's menus incorporate local farm-grown ingredients according to the season to create refreshing, flavorful dishes.
